Welcome Real Estate Professional John Starke to Sellstate Realty Pros!

Sellstate Realty Pros, a professional Real Estate Services company based in Centennial, CO is pleased to announce the addition of John E. Starke to Sellstate Realty Pros.  “We are thrilled to bring John Starke and his extensive experience into the Sellstate Realty Pros Family.” – Michael Lunden (Broker / Owner Sellstate Realty Pros.  John is a Professional REALTOR and seasoned entrepreneur.  He began his real estate career over four decades ago in Chicago, Illinois after a short stint with the FAA as an air traffic controller at O’Hare International Airport.  John is also a Veteran with service in the U.S. Air Force where he served during the Vietnam War.  In the early 70’s John moved to Dallas, TX and built Texas Investment Properties and taught at several real estate colleges and Texas A&M University.

In the earl 80’s John moved to Denver, CO where he consulted for various real estate and investment firms and purchased Frontier Better Homes & Gardens with his former partner, United States Senator William Armstrong.  Under John’s leadership the Frontier Better Homes & Gardens franchise grew to over 700 agents in eleven offices throughout the Denver Metro.

In 1996, John sold his interest of the Frontier Better Homes and Gardens franchise and founded RealtyPro USA and RealtyPro USA International.  Mr. Starke has authored and taught over 30 courses, clinics and workshops nationwide to thousands of Realtors and investors.  He has traveled extensively and was on the professional speaking circuit for 7 years.

In Addition to being an outstanding teacher, John is a seasoned sales professional as illustrated by his 1982 performance when he facilitated 264 transactions from personal production. John has served on numerous real estate and political committees at the local, state and national level, including six years as a real estate board director.

Throughout John’s career many honors have been bestowed upon him.  A member of MENSA since 1979, John has been a Sales & Marketing Executives Honoree and Small Business Administration, Outstanding Businessman Award 2002-2008.  He has been listed in the “Who’s Who in American Real Estate” since 1982, “Who’s Who Registry of Global Business Leaders” since 1983 and is the recipient of the National Leadership Award (Honorary Chairman Business Advisory Council: Washington DC & CO 2004 – 2013.

Among John’s many accomplishments John holds certifications such as GREA – Real Estate Associate Graduate – Top ½ of 1 % of Realtor’s in the Nation as well as CIPS – Certified International Property Specialist – Only 1,800+ in 54 Nations – NAR (National Association of Realtors) Faculty – One of only 26 CIPS Instructors Worldwide.

John will be actively working the Colorado Real Estate market continuing his legacy in residential, commercial and investment real estate throughout the Denver Metro area.  John will also be an integral part of the Sellstate Realty Pros Commercial Mentorship Program continuing to teach, mentor and encourage agents (new and seasoned) at Sellstate Realty Pros.
